「What's best? The apartment is clean, safe, and comfortable. As you can see in the photos, the decor is pleasing (though a realtor's wide angle lens does make it look more spacious). The kitchen has everything needed if you want to cook a meal, and there's a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee (find instructions and tips online since nothing is provided by the manager). A Carrefour grocery store is very close, as are bakeries, coffee shops, and a wide range of restaurants. It's just about a...

「The loft is lovely and Miguel is very sweet. We enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely amazing! It's near the Notre Dame, Louvre and Bon Marche. The draw back is the 102 stairs to get to the loft, washing machine was broken (very common in Europe) and no shower (tub only).Overall it was a lovely experience!」

「年末年始に利用しました。家主のルイは人柄がよく親切で何かと世話を焼いてくれます。部屋は簡素で掃除が行き届いていて清潔。リビングだけ夜は少し寒いですが、他は最上階にかかわらず暖かかった。エレベーターを降りて可愛らしい階段を少し上がったところに部屋はあります。その階段に不便は全く感じなかった。日中出かけていてあまり部屋にいることはなかったけれど、いろんなところに小さな天窓があって明るい。駅近で、メトロも縦横2本通ってるので便利。週末のチェックインには通常追加料金がかかるようです」

It had everything needed, however there were some problems: - Bathroom had very strong smell of mold, and lots of patches of mold both within the shower (including across the shower curtain) and around the wider bathroom area. Unless bathroom door was kept closed, entire apartment would smell strongly of mold - Many of the light fittings and plug sockets didn't work - The door on the dishwasher didn’t fully close therefore meaning water would leak out and it was very noisy -...

「This apartment was very large and fully appointed. It's location on 1/2 a block from the Seine and between Notre Dame and the Louvre was perfect. Lots to do near by. 「We loved the location of this apartment, and it was a sweet spot to stay for our weekend in Paris. Our host was very helpful, and the apartment was clean and pleasant. It worked well for our group of 4 adults. Great find! Be ready to climb some stairs, or ride in the world’s smallest elevator (we did both).」

"We stayed at this hotel and had a very nice trip to Paris. It has a mini kitchen and there is a supermarket and a good bakery nearby. The rooftop with a view of the Eiffel Tower is also very nice. And most importantly, the staff's thoughtfulness is the number one point. The purpose of our trip was to attend my son's wedding, but due to a demonstration incident on the day of the wedding, we were almost late for the ceremony. The staff not only went out of their way to arrange a cab for us, but also guided us to the location where a cab was waiting for us, which was not available in front of the hotel. Thanks to you, we made it on time for the ceremony and were able to see our son on his wedding day. Thank you so much!"

"複数回宿泊しています。部屋が広く、立地が最高、キッチンも使い勝手良く、キッチン関連の食器ほかライナップも不足ないです。あえて言うのであればルームキーピングに入らないので（要請すれば入る？）1週間以上になるとお掃除してもらいたいかも。パリ滞在は必ず宿泊します。"
