"I stayed for five nights at this Kasa. Check in process was easy and I never had issues getting into the building/Room. There is nobody onsite, but you can communicate via text with what appears to be a bot. There is also a virtual assistant. Location on King Street is the biggest plus of this unit. Room I was in needs a good deep cleaning. The AC unit has visible dust/grime/debris in it. I was not very comfortable with air circulating thru this dirty AC unit. There was also a dead bug in front of it when I arrived. The chair in unit was in bad shape and left side arm pops out of its supports repeatedly and you have to put it back in. Shampoo holder in shower needs to be reassembled. Cleanliness/condition of unit was biggest negative. The small room was fine for 1-2 people and you can’t beat the location. Location was the biggest plus!"

"I was hoping for a shuttle, but we called ahead and were told there was no shuttle that ran from the airport. It was easy to get on and off the Metro, so it was not an inconvenience. "
