「I had a great time in a very comfortable room. The hotel staff were also wonderful!」

「That was an annoying stay. The room category we booked was premium queen 2 beds which clearly described as having extra seating area on official website. However the room we got had no extra seating area. The front desk insist it is a premium room but how could you cut a main feature which differentiate from a deluxe room? I would not book a room if there is no extra seating area. The more annoying thing was how they handled this. They changed us to another room with only one single Sofa and...

「Great location. Clean great value」

「Cozy and friendly. Love to come back.」

「Great location at centre of old town of Alexandria. Hotel is perfectly pleasant.」

「I’ve stayed at the Alexandrian about twice a year over the last few years and have always enjoyed it in the past. The location is excellent and the property always seemed well maintained and the staff helpful. However, the property has declined significantly over the past year. Maintenance was very poor, with lots of things off in the room. The hvac wasn’t working at all. We reported that to the front desk the next morning. Nothing had been done by evening. I went down to the desk and an...
