Very courteous and helpful staff. One elevator was out, but that is the only ding on the hotel. 4 pillows per bed! Super hot water, and great A/C. Location was great for walking over to Old Town. Supermarkets, breakfast places and other convenience stores very close. What else could you want?

The lobby was very cozy and inviting. The water and tea at the door was nice. Reception desk were very friendly and answered our questions.
