"The hotel did not smell as good as it once did, the fruit was empty again, the coffee is awful- bring back the machine that make the good foam, and the vent in our bathroom didn't work. This hotel is good, but I knew it before, and it was much better than it is now."

"The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean. Beds super comfortable. The hot tub and pool were both at right temperatures. The breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again."

"Gym was clean and has multiple machines for cardio. There are free weights, and pulley weight systems. Fresh towels and complimentary headphones to watch TV on individual machines. Laundry and front desk staff were a bit of a challenge as the plastic covering was dirty with dried blood and food. I asked for a replacement and sheet service but all they did was change the bedding and left the dirty plastic cover in place. When I asked staff to change it again, he said, “what’s it matter you’ve already slept on it for 2 days?” I explained I did not know it was there. After further discussion, he offered to move me rooms, which I declined because I was staying 2 more nights and had “moved in” to the room unpacking my clothes and food into the fridge. I grabbed the general manager’s card thinking I will follow up with him later. I left the hotel and returned to the plastic cover being replaced but the bed unmade. I made the bed myself. I then noticed the remote for the TV was gone (it is assumed they wrapped it up in the bedding). I searched the room and when looking under the couch found a tie, which was not mine and made me conclude under the couch had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. I returned to the front desk to return the tie and report where I found it, along with requested a new remote. Remote issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes when one was delivered to my room. Staff was short, curt, and dismissive during interactions but ultimately complied w/ requests"

"For one the website states vending machines and free continental breakfast under amenities. They dont have either. The bed was hard as a rock, mattress was nasty!! The sheets did not fit properly which then exposed the mattress. Also had to listen to a dog bark most of the night. "

"The home is lovely and really is well named because you do feel like you are in the trees. Our party of 8 had plenty of room to move about and all of the spaces were comfortable. Our dog loved the view from the windows. The hiking trail truly is just outside of the backyard gate. I found all of my communication with Jenna to be warm and welcoming. "
