「The pool was a disappointment. Circulation of water was poor and water had a slimey feel to it. Lighting in bathroom was in permanent on position making it hard to sleep in the room. Coffee maker did not work. Property was not able to get it fixed during our stay. Seemed to have poor communication between shifts. 」

The noise at night was unbearable, informed the front desk on 2 occasions, they didn't seem to care how we felt. It didn't all directly come from neighboring rooms but they contributed. 「The staff were great. Good ambience. Unfortunately , nothing in the breakfast menu except bread, Bagel and cereal. No coffee, water in the evening. Good tv entertainment. Hot shower felt good. Bed was a little too soft for my liking. I prefer a firm bed due to body pain. There's no way to request a firmer bed in any hotel, I believe. There's only one diner within 10 minutes of walking distance where there's no sidewalks and with dangerous traffic on the road. 」

「We stayed in the King suite and are very thankful our plans changed and we didn’t have all four of us and our dog or we wouldn’t have fit. The sleeper sofa was in extremely poor condition and couldn’t fit 2 children at all. The tv wouldn’t work and I spent a lot of time fixing it myself after calling the front desk.
