We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived, they told us that we had reserved two rooms (we hadn’t, and we prepaid for one). They wouldn’t let us check in unless we paid for another room, which we were obviously not prepared to do. The staff was extremely rude and not at all accommodating. I was so upset that I ended up going to another hotel. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
