"My flight was delayed 4 times so by the time I arrived it was 1900 the doors and staff had gone home for the day. Luckily there was a number to call on the door and the property management came over in the matter of minutes and were very helpful. They showed me around the room, how to use all the keys needed to open the gate, doors and turn the lights on. "Excellent staff, amazing breakfast, great location. The only down side is the view from the room, which was into flats next door, and the shower over the bath which was wobbly and therefore not great to use. But all else, otherwise, was perfect with our stay."

"We stayed at the Simon Hotel for 5 nights. The friendly staff, like Luciano (restaurant manager) and Liliana (reception) made our stay even more pleasant. Good breakfast, ample free parking, easy drive to Rome Metro station and to the airport, 10 minutes drive to the seaside town of Torvaianica are all huge pluses for the traveler. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed."
