I stayed at Dell'Artista for eight days, the entire duration of my stay was pleasant. The view is extraordinary, the people in tne village were all nice. Everything is clean and well kept.

Nel complesso è stato un piacevole soggiorno, Maurizio e sua moglie ci hanno accolto con simpatia e si sono mostrati disponibili. Piacevole la colazione al mattino nel giardinetto così come la vista sulla valle. L’alloggio è un buon compromesso per pernottare nella zona, che tuttavia si è rivelata logisticamente un po’ scomoda per muoversi con zaini e bagagli considerato la posizione nel pieno centro del borgo tra salite e dislivelli considerevoli. Arrivando in auto il parcheggio non è privato ma in una piazzola pubblica, abbastanza vicino al B&B.

La location è da fiaba. Tra i fiori, di notte il panorama è tutto illuminato. Peccato che manchi la tv nella stanza e per arrivare bisogna avere le scarpe da ginnastica

Brilliant from start to finish.

Fantastic. Hard to find but a quick call to the host and he came to meet us. Hospitality was second to none. Location is amazing too. If you not used to the heat maybe ask for a fan!

HIDDEN GEM

We cannot praise this place highly enough. An absolute little slice of heaven. You will need some sensible shoes though, the walk up & down is steep. The unbelievable views repay the effort a thousand times. Artena is a very friendly town with some wonderful restaurants. Your hosts here are a fabulous couple - We arrived as guests & departed as friends. If you want to experience a taste of real Italy (old & new) that is away from the well trodden tourist trail, this could be the place for you. Don't expect a lot of English to be spoken, our Italian is almost non existent but despite this we managed a magical week there. Finally real coffee & homemade cakes for breakfast WHATS NOT TO LOVE ??
