"I know Vegas isn’t really ideal for families/kids so I’ll give a 3/5 but they weren’t very accommodating. They didn’t have pack and plays available for our toddler (again understandable since it’s Vegas) so I asked for extra blankets and pillows to make a bed on the floor. The 2 double beds in the room were not big enough for my husband and I to share with our toddler and our older kids shared the other bed. They said they didn’t have extra blankets but gave us pillows and sheets so we made due. They left 4 water bottles in the room included in resort fees and when we asked for another 4 the next day, they brought them but said something about how they usually only provide the 4. Really? 4 water bottles for a family of 5 for 2 days?! Not to mention the resort fees are $50 a day. When we asked for more water and pillows the next day, we sat on hold for 20 minutes until someone answered and then waited another 45 minutes before they showed up with the items. I tried the texting option to ask for items but they never responded. And then on day of checkout, housekeeping walked in our room at 10am while we were still in it and asked if we were checking out. Uh yea, at 11am since that is when checkout time is and we had a later flight. This was the end of a week-long roadtrip from AZ to UT to Vegas with our kids and I’ve been there before and love the pool area so that’s why I booked it. Kids did love pool area and all food options they have. Customer service might need some work."

"First time staying here at The D. It is like everyone describes, clean and comfortable but nothing real fancy. We stayed in a Premium Corner King room on the 29th floor facing the mountains, which made it nice. The shower pressure was amazing and the bed was very comfortable! The air-conditioning stopped working so we called the front desk and maintenance was there within minutes and had the problem solved 5 minutes later. Staff is very friendly and the room was super cheap. Bonus for me was the ponies, the last Derby quarter game around from what I understand. It has always been my favorite game to play. I'd stay here again for the right price. Definitely going back to play the ponies"

"The booking from what shown on line of which i thought i was getting was a little disappointing as to i actually got ! Upon check we got to our room and there was some damage to the door as to were it would not close, the manager was helpful and got is another room. Was a little disapointed at the lack of help recovering my jacket that was stolen being it was in the casino with may cameras, the security seemed as if it was there for the property not so much for its customers, a barrage of vagrants paraded throughout at any given time panhandling us, my wife was called a C@&T when she declined there requests for money or cigarettes? The property itself was not bad i feel they could do better to make the experience of there guests better."

"Biggest complaint was how loud Fremont Street music/stage was all night long, past 2 am. We were in the tower furthest from the stage."
