"Disappointed in the room cleaning staff. Could see toilet see was low and didn’t fill it and when dropped it off left it on the counter didn’t it it on and sheets were dirty"

"Front desk staff were extremely friendly and grounds were well maintained with the exception of the front of property where vacant senior frogs and walkway is torn up. We did not use any amenities and were still charged the full use cost of these. Even when just wanting to view the pool deck, we were told no due to my wife having a bag with a snow globe in it l. Even asked if they could hold at the booth while we checked out the area and were told no."

"Arrived at 4:00 and was expecting my room (had a conference starting at 5pm and had to get ready ASAP). The receiption informed me that the room is not ready (how is that possible in a 3,000-room hotel???) and that a room ready by 3pm is not guaranteed (???). They offered no upgrades, nor nothing. I had to go to the conference badly under-dressed. The room was finally ready at 6:30pm. I sent the hotel 2 messages about that, via Expedia messaging, no response. The room was nice, nothing special, except for the pillows which were horrible (maybe a way to boost their neck massage services on the casino floor). The hallway had a room service cart across from my room, with old food sitting for a full day until it was cleaned in the morning by the crew. I didn't use the pool so can't comment on it. Blackjack tables had a $50 minimum for most part of the night, which can get a bit much."
