"I booked the Luxor mainly for a concert at Allegiant Stadium, and the pedestrian walkway to the venue was extremely convenient. That was the best part of the stay. The rest of the experience was disappointing. I chose the hotel partly for the pool, but most of it was under demolition with only a small shallow section open, which wasn’t clearly communicated. The rooms are very dated with peeling wallpaper, stains, and visible wear. There was also no refrigerator—just an empty cabinet with exposed wiring and a note suggesting guests ask about renting one. For a hotel charging resort fees, the lack of basic amenities felt frustrating. Service was inconsistent, with staff often seeming overwhelmed and guests redirected from kiosk to kiosk instead of receiving clear help. The self-service kiosks also do not consistently support tap-to-pay even though it appears they might; when I asked for help, the response was rude rather than helpful. Parking was another major issue. There is no clearly designated system for hotel guests, and during events the lot appears to prioritize non-guests. When we arrived, the attendant even said there “might” be parking inside, which felt unacceptable for paying hotel guests. It was frustrating and disorganized given the resort fees being charged. Overall, while the location for Allegiant events is excellent, the aging rooms, pool construction, lack of amenities, parking situation, and poor service made the resort fees difficult to justify."

"Beautiful property once you get checked in....which is the HARD AND CONFUSING part and why I dropped it by a star. I also hate paying a $50.00 per night resort fee when I didn't use the pool, etc. It's a nice property and clean but they need to do a MUCH better job with check in. The automated check in SHOULD work fine but many of us could not get it to work. I needed the help of someone working the floor....THEN I needed to get on another line to have my keys made (the easiest part of the whole process). Parking is not close so we did valet...the whole check in process needs to be revamped. I hated the property by the time we got to our room but then the room was very nice and clean and comfortable. Like I said....check in is the real issue!"

"Convenient location to attend a concert at the Sphere. Great pho, breakfast, and pizza option on site. Room is outdated but it's doable. Staff were friendly. Easy check-in/out. Free parking was a plus. It's still a smoking casino. I'd come back to stay here. The pool was great and fun."

"When we arrived in our room , the water from the shower head was flowing and the one from the tub . So the bathroom floor was wet. Haven’t even sat down , we had to call the maintenance to come up and check. They told us us they were letting the water run for maintenance and that they should not have the room assigned to us. But they fixed anyway. We were too tired to transfer to another room. They said they would report but nobody came and followed up. Then one time we came back to our room and it was locked from the inside, Good thing we saw a housekeeper and she helped us open it . She said she would report it to the manager but nobody came and nobody came to follow up either. We were just busy with our own activities , that I didn’t have time to go to the front desk. Every time I use the phone, it keeps getting disconnected. The lady in the concierge told us she would send somebody to check, nobody came . As I said we were busy with own affairs. Looking back, I would have asked for another room, but I didn’t have the time to complain."

"Every thing was great but we found live cockroach outside the hallway on 10th floor of south building. When we notified the concierge we were told its common to have cockroaches crawl inside the building since the pool doors are open often. This was bit surprising but overall a 5 star property and great services."
