Good food options! Gordon Ramsay burger was awesome and decently priced. Area is very loud outside the hotel and full with unhoused folks yelling at random things. We have been to Vegas multiple times and have never seen this amount of social disorder on the busy pedestrian sidewalks.
We brought our 2 yr old son in a stroller and encountered a broken down elevator for the entire 4 days of our stay. All other elevators on the strip were functional. We either had to carry the stroller up the stairs, up an escalator, or jaywalk on a busy roadway to cross the street. The rooms are average for a mid level Vegas trip.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Decent stay. Very long line to check-in. I checked in at 3pm and the cleaning staff were still in the hallways cleaning rooms. They were also kind of in the way when trying to get to the room especially when you have a lot of luggage with you and they were also pretty loud in the hallways. The snacks in the room were average except the sour gummies which were hard and stale. I opened and tried 1 and stopped eating it after that. I called to inform them of that and they brought new jar to my room but I didn’t even want it and they still tried to charge me for that after saying they wouldn’t. Also upon checking out I was told that my snack charges would be taken off my invoice and they still tried to charge me for it. Sent me an email about needing to pay what I was told would be removed by the person who checked me out.
