New villa, modern style offering large volumes allowing absolute relaxation and 4 air-conditioned bedrooms all on one level.

Carefully built with all the essential options in Las Terrenas. Solar water heater, running water drawn from a natural well, inverter and batteries allowing a flawless supply of lights, fridge and water.

Beautiful swimming pool and terraces, landscaped garden. Less than two minutes by vehicle from the famous fishing village, the center and its activities, close to the two main beaches of the village. POPY, LAS BALLENAS.

Capacity 8 people - Starlink 100MB internet - 1 smart 65'' QNLED television.

Residence of 7 new villas, secure entrance in an area completely free of flooding. Everything has been designed for your comfort, nothing is missing, and above all everything is new.

Without opening the parking spaces sufficient for 4 cars.

The villa is equipped with an inverter and batteries that keep the villa running during general power outages. Only the air conditioners are not connected to the inverter.

Three bedrooms are equipped with large KING Size beds, and one is equipped with two single beds, we can bring them together to allow a fourth KING size bed in case the composition of your group requires it. Just remember to ask us when booking to allow us to prepare the villa at your convenience.

The kitchen is open to the entire living room, the central island is equipped with sockets to charge your phones and computers, the bay windows offer brightness and a breathtaking view of the tropical vegetation.

For your information:

Included in the Price for a minimum of 8 nights: Internet Wifi, local cable TV, Housekeeping entry, exit and one time in the middle of your stay with change of bed linen.
If necessary, a washing machine is available for your personal laundry and the rest of the household linen, such as towels, swimming pool or kitchen towel. Gardener and pool maintenance.

For a stay of less than 8 nights, we will not provide cleaning services.

Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your charge during your stay. We check the meter on arrival and departure. Only your consumption in Kilo Watt is invoiced to you at the legal rate in force in the village.

This sum is recovered in cash the day you leave the house.
The price per kilo watt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure.
In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment.
The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay for the change of the latter – 150 USD
A part of that nothing else is covered.

良かった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY Location doesn’t feel safe, very is very dark around, and very tricky to get there, the picture with the beach on the yard isn’t true A/C didn’t work the entire stay we could not sleep. There is an electrical problem which the management know about anything about it. The villa is beautiful but I do not recommend to no one.
