Cozy hideout in the hear of downtown!

Cozy, well -situated establishment whose rooms were well-appointed given the moderate space. Loved the snacks! Great, efficient staff who checked us in under 3 minutes!

Excelled location, clean, convenient. Our room had only 2 power points which meant tripping over wires. It also needed more shelf space, the shelves were very narrow and not usable.

I loved this hotel. The only challenge with it, not amazing soundproofing. The street is lively and you are a good walk away from marina bay sands but nonetheless its just a walk! However, you are right beside subway makes getting around very simple!

Nice Suprise in Chinatown

Nice hotel. Room was a good size, location was very convenient and help from front desk was a great help to locate things close by late at night. If you want to be in the heart of the city, close to Chinatown and MRT, I would highly recommend this location based value and cleaniness.

Room a little small but practical- coffee making facilities, comfortable bed, clean, shower could do with a curtain - water all over bathroom floor - good shower though. Quiet, good A/C, reception staff helpful, short walk to Downtown MRT, very close to China Point food court and plenty of local restaurants. Would certainly stay here again. No restaurant facilities.

Great location

The hotel is located in the middle of Chinatown. Very close to subway station and busses. Great location also for going out in the evening. One problem, my moms room didn't have a closetand the room was quite tiny. But we had a big room and lots of closet space. All in all we had a great time there.

Renovated for looks, not for functionality

The hotel had rather new looking surfaces and was clean uppon arrival. Stayed 4 nights, when I was about to leave and started packing my luggage cockroach jumped out from clothpile that were folded on the chair. There was no soundproofing at all, you could see corridor lights between room door and frames. You were able to hear everything like you were sharing the room with bunch of other people (neighbours snoring, tv noises, talking, moaning, visits in bathrooms, corridor/street noises etc). If you want to enjoy silence while in your room, this is no hotel for you. Rooms are also rather small, AC in my room was blowing straight to bed so last night I had to turn off the ac due sore throat and choose sweating instead (AC should be installed more far in room corridor or so that it doesnt blow straight to bed).

Rooms were clean and love the rain shower. Hot water is always good Staff are friendly. Check in and out was efficient. Housekeeping was everyday but could be every other day for environmental friendly. Just a block from all restaurants and souvenirs stores. Metro just a block away as also a shopping mall. Walkable to attractions.

J’ai payé 5 chambres, nous étions 10. Chambres trop petites par rapport à la publication, moins de 14m2 au lieu de 18m2, paiement en fonction de la surface(vol).Pas de fenêtres, or mention de rideaux occultants. Douche et WC dans le même espace !Peu d’espace pour circuler. Savon pour les mains dans la salle d’eau, incroyable ! Trop de "veilleuses ":télé, téléphone,climatiseur et sa commande, reflétées dans les miroirs. Accès difficile à l’hôtel avec les bagages, pas de rampe mais des marches, personnel inexistant (pas d'aide alors que nous avions plus de 65 ans). Déception générale.

The property is nice , small rooms but it all I need. Just lots of rude guest , iPhone kids with know manners . It a place to sleep but it’s very noisy. The doors need rubber bumpers on the doors , people slam the doors all day and night. My last morning there I was awakened at 7:30am by the housekeeper crushing aluminum can in front of my room . Not to happy with that. I don’t understand quest who talk loudly in the hallways and let there kid run wild with no supervision. Needs to be more signage , Quite !

Good location and nice staff

Was good, we got a room that didn't really have enough natural light for our lighting. Staff was extremely accommodating when I asked to change, our new room was much much better and had a more normal layout. Ask for a room facing the street if you can. Other than that, the location is quite ideal, like 3 minute walk to MRT, 3 minute walk to a major bus station. Also a 10 minute walk from Maxwell Hawker center. Chinatown is also a great place to explore. Super walkable to the bay and MBS.

Would stay again

A nice room, everything is pretty new and clean. Nice style. The shower gets the whole bathroom wet. Super nice and good service, would recommend. The hotel also is really close to public transport and the chinatown night market.
