Exclusive penthouse with a terrace by Las Canteras
Located in the vibrant Santa Catalina neighborhood, TopSun is a wonderful 70 m² studio penthouse (40 m² indoors and a spectacular 30 m² terrace) situated on the sixth floor (ground floor plus six) of a building with an elevator (please note there are 6 steps to access the elevator). With a maximum capacity for 2 guests and a baby, its excellent location on the central pedestrian Calle Ripoche allows you to enjoy the essence of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, just a few meters from the famous Las Canteras Beach.
1. Main Area (Living Room-Dining-Kitchen-Bedroom). A modern, welcoming, open-concept space:


Rest area: Equipped with a double bed (1.5 x 2.0 m).
Fully equipped kitchen.
Dining area.
Living room equipped with a Smart TV with free Netflix.
Bathroom: An independent space designed for your comfort, featuring 1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower.


2. Private Terrace. A true 30 m² outdoor oasis on the roof with city views, for the exclusive use of the apartment. It is equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, and a retractable awning so you can fully enjoy the excellent island weather.
Amenities, Safety, and Details


Air conditioning throughout the accommodation and free fiber optic Wi-Fi. (Fan available upon request).
Kitchen equipment: Fridge, freezer, oven and microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and full kitchenware. A special welcome pack is included (flowers, fresh fruit, mineral water, coffee, tea, and sugar).
Washing machine and tumble dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board available.
We provide full bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, toiletries, and a first aid kit.
Crib/cot, high chair, and workspace (desk and chair) available upon request.
Mid-stay cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels for stays longer than 7 nights. (It is the guests' responsibility to maintain cleanliness; the mid-stay cleaning we offer is a courtesy clean of up to 1 hour maximum, and under no circumstances is it a deep clean).
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

Situated on Calle Ripoche, a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of the Santa Catalina-Las Canteras neighborhood. Surrounded by picturesque historic buildings, local shops, charming cafes, and restaurants with terraces, it offers a cozy atmosphere ideal for enjoying local life. You will be just a few steps from the beach and very close to points of interest such as Doramas Park, the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, or the Mercado del Puerto, with excellent public transport connections.
It is practically impossible to park on the street; the existing spots are paid and limited to a maximum of 2 hours. Therefore, we recommend using the nearby parking lots: the closest is Parking Tomás Miller (160 m away, allows advance booking), followed by Parking Padre Cueto (400 m away, more economical) and Parking Las Canteras (450 m away). If you are looking for more economical options, you have Parking Olof Palme (800 meters away), although it is a bit further away.

To guarantee maximum flexibility upon your arrival, we have a self-check-in system (initial access to the accommodation is via a web link). Once inside the apartment, you will find the physical keys to use for the rest of your stay. Detailed entry instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival day.
