「Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms huge . Areas of wear and tear in rooms. The breakfast buffet was very poor worse one we’ve ever had. Hot food was luke warm. Lunch buffet worse than breakfast buffet . So much so we only used it twice we decided to pay to eat out despite having paid half board. Shame the food seriously lets the hotel down and belonging to such a large chain of hotels this should not be the case」

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and at dinner there was always enough variety to find something to eat. 「The main pool is too cold to use however there is a covered pool which is much warmer. The kids pool is slightly warmer but still too cold for kids to spend too long in. 「The accommodation was absolutely superb. It was clean, tidy and everything had thought behind it. The reception staff are incredible and go above and beyond to help and ensure your stay is perfect. We went out a few nights for dinner and we WhatsApp the devotion desk who booked us a taxi (could be tricky flagging one down). The entire stay was perfect and we will definitely be returning. 「The hotel was ok however the rook condition was extremely poor. The room was dirty overall, the fixtures and fittings were hanging off like the lights and door handles (one door handle came off completely). There was also a pretty severe mould problem in the bathroom. I've never seen anything like it before in a hotel. The bathroom ceiling was completely black as there was no window or ventilation. This is not only bad to look at but extremely dangerous for young kids, elderly people or people...
