「Great breakfast, clean room. Staff friendly. Indoor pool a bit tired and only open 2-6pm. The massage jets did not work and the jacuzzi was cold. Need to pay extra and organise in advance for steam room and sauna. Ideal location.」

「The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway.」

「We stayed for 4 days and generally enjoyed it. The location is great, easy to get to and travel from, and the staff are very responsive. There’s a lot to do activities-wise during the day, but all activities finish about 1am latest, although that may change in summer. The food was fine- not incredible but more than fine for just four days, there was enough variety. Overall, a very enjoyable experience 」

「Secrets Lanzarote is a lovely hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of sun beds and places to sit in the sun. Lovely food - even the buffet option. Drinks are 10/10 even the alcohol free ones. Evening entertainment is very good. Coffee shop is wonderful with many options. Italian and the grill are our favourite a la carte options. 「チェックインの時間より早く着いたのですが、スタッフさんがとても優しく共有スペースのソファーで休んでいてもいいよと促してくれました。共有キッチンでお茶やコーヒーを飲めることを教えてくれたり、こちらが何も言わなくてもWi-Fiパスワードを渡してくれたりと、至れり尽くせりで、おかげさまでチェックインの時間までゆっくりくつろいで待つことができました。 部屋はダブルのバス付きをシングルユースで選びました。 コンパクトなお部屋ですが、3階だったので眺めのいい共有バルコニーがあって居心地が良かったです。クローゼットにハンガーがたくさんあったので洗濯ものを干す時助かりました。 小さな宿ですが、スタッフさんは皆優しくて感じが良く、特に女性スタッフさんは私の名前をすぐに覚えてくれて呼んで下さったことが嬉しかったです。 アットホームで気楽な宿なのでエレベーターがないとか、防音とか細かいことが気になる人にはおすすめしません。 私にとっては、立地も値段も雰囲気も良く楽しい滞在でした。」
