"The negatives: No breakfast included, parking costs more for guests than for the public, the layout of the hotel is like a maze, the front desk is understaffed and they have no sense of urgency when there are people waiting. Also no microwave in room! The posatives: good location, big pool"

"The hotel itself is fine, it's in a convenient location, but also a very busy shopping area and it overlooks Costco. The rooms and amenities were all good. It was clean, the bed comfy, the hot tub and pool were nice. The restaurant experience was less than ideal. They clearly didn't have enough staff. It took our party of 7, 3.5 hours to get our drinks and food. Thankfully we didn't need to be anywhere or we would have had to leave. I don't think I would stay here again but it served it's purpose. "
