"受付は丁寧で挨拶も良かったです。このホテルの魅力は屋上のカフェバーです。夕方から営業しドゥオーモが間近に見られます。お酒もお値段高くなく本当に最高の気分でした。残念なのはお部屋の掃除担当。担当が来てくれずに3日間ノー清掃。設備では洗面台の流れがものすごく悪く水がすぐにたまります。立地は駅からも近く重いスーツケースでも大丈夫です！初めてのフィレンツェでしたがホテルは総じて満足感ありました"

"立地が良く、満足です。駅からは割と近いですが、通りが混雑し道幅も狭いので、日中は駅からホテルまでスーツケースを引いて歩くのは結構大変かもしれません。乗り物の利用が良いと思います。部屋は広くて綺麗。ティーバッグをいろいろ置いてもらえて嬉しかった。シャワーブースはヨーロッパの一般的な広さ。私は問題なかったです。清掃も毎日丁寧でした。壁は薄めかと思いました。音が気になる方はちょっと辛いかも。私はむしろ実家のような安心感で落ち着きました笑特筆すべきはスタッフさんたちの温かい対応です。外出時に都度鍵をフロントに預ける必要があるため、ちょうど良い機会とイタリア語で話しかけると、どの方もとても親切に話してくれて、嬉しかったです。朝食スタッフも本当に親切。メニューはほぼ一定ながら、盛り付けが日によって工夫されていたりと温かみがあり、滞在が楽しかったです。ホテルの向かいの広場が普段着のフィレンツェという風情でこれもまた良いです。また訪れたいホテルです。 Thanks so much for your warm welcome. "駅から近く、少し行くとスーパーもありました。シングルベッド4つの部屋に宿泊しましたが、狭いとは感じませんでした。チェックアウト後、荷物を預かってもらえ、専用？の倉庫のようなところで保管してもらえました。朝食は主にパンとおかず数種類、コーヒーやジュースなどのイタリアのスタンダードな品揃えでした。アクセスがいいので、また機会があれば泊まりたいホテルです。"
