「No ice machine No human staff in office Pool dirty Hot tub dirty Bathroom had a window for a vent instead of a fan & you needed to climb on counter to open & close. Bathroom ceiling moldy. In room coffee cheap & tasteless. In room fridge even on max, was warm.」
