"This hotel is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor pool is amazing and the onsite coffee shop is one of the best in Banff. It was also great to have onsite laundry and a gym at the sister hotel next door. Highly recommend for families!"

The room was extremely dry which made the it hard for me to breathe when I slept in the bedroom. I had to sleep in the living room, with the window slightly opened during my stay. Other than that, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable."
