「Great host and location. Very cozy and very accommodations. We hope to stay again in the future」

「Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

「We had a wonderful stay. Minutes from the waterpark, great restaurant's nearby, the grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pool and hot tubs were large and plenty of room. The pool felt heated and the hot tubs were hot. We loved having the use of the gas grills near the pool. It made it very convenient. They also had a bon fire one night for everyone. 」

「The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred.」
