"When booking our stay we wanted to stay somewhere that would cater to our small child (almost 3) for water play. The Atlantis has 3 different water "park" areas and all open until 9pm which is perfect when considering time our son needs to stop and eat, go potty and nap! Open until 9pm gave him more than enough time to play without feeling we needed to rush through the day to enjoy our trip. They have an arcade my son was very excited about even though he was too small for most of the games he was happy to press buttons while mom and dad cheered him on. All the staff were kind and helpful when answering my many many questions especially when we decided to stay one more night! Specifically Michael who took the brunt of my many questions!! They were respectful towards my husband's affiliation to the VFW, patient with my questions and over accommodating when we added that third night, even allowing us to keep the same room. (Clean and comfortable to sleep and relax on the balcony) We didn't need full service housekeeping assistance but the women were available when we needed and very kind to swap out the things we DID need (our needs specifically) we didn't know this when booking but they DO have a washer and dryer available on the first floor we found by accident and it was such a bonus when as I said we added that extra day! We're already looking forward to our next stay!"

"The price was right and location excellent. Next time, I would request a room on top floor, as we could hear every step the party above us took. Breakfast was ok, but dining room was very basic, not enough tables and tables not very clean. It appeared that they might be short staffed."

"First off the room was gross when we arrived and smelled like smoke. The hallways were dirty and gross. There was a chip on the floor of our room with ants on it. But the icing on the cake was room service came in our room on our 2 night stay(front desk said they aren’t suppose to unless you request) and they took my bag, I’m hoping they assumed it was garbage and didn’t steal but it had all brand new bathroom products, a brand new unopened pack of chargers, all my make up, and a bunch of other stuff and my sons DAILY medicine for his stomach. When I called the front they said they can’t find it"
