「The sliding doors are terrible. Won’t stay on track. The one in bedroom won’t open. The patio is small. The light above the stove did not work. The unit is spacious and it’s nice to have two bathrooms. A larger on wall tv would be better. Also the bbq is at the pool and requires charcoal. The bed was comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan in bedroom. Nice to have washer and dryer. Communication was good. Unit is near entrance. 」

「The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. 「The location is beautiful. It’s right on the golf course. It’s nice to have beach gear available. There is a short walk to the beach. There could be some attention to detail as far as cleaning goes. The bathroom downstairs needs a good scrub down. And the linens smell like bug spray. The loft is hot, while there is a free standing ac type unit up there, but there is so much dust on the filter that it doesn’t work. 」
