「The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. 「Poor host room was not clean. No cooking pots or pans. Limited silverware. We had to buy are our own cookware? gate fob didn't work half the time lighting was poor bulbs burnt out not even close to enough toilet paper needs a serious upgrade 」

「We wanted to stay close to Turtle Bay, with easy walking distance to the beach. We could get to the beach and some restaurants within 10 minutes. The unit itself was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. We had one very minor issue with the dryer and the caretaker responded promptly when I contacted them. We would most definitely stay there again.」

「Great accomodations, very good communication and instructions, and plenty of towels, toiletries, and kitchen-ware items.」

「The sliding doors are terrible. Won’t stay on track. The one in bedroom won’t open. The patio is small. The light above the stove did not work. The unit is spacious and it’s nice to have two bathrooms. A larger on wall tv would be better. Also the bbq is at the pool and requires charcoal. The bed was comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan in bedroom. Nice to have washer and dryer. Communication was good. Unit is near entrance. 」

「There was major construction going on, we didn’t have water all day one day and scattered times through out the other days, roaches everywhere, and parking was a pain!! We were not told anything about construction until we showed up and saw it and the day we arrived I started getting emails on all other stuff!」

「Loved the location close to Turtle Bay Ritz. Ten minute walk to the Ritz and was able to utilize their amenities. Loved the condo's kitchen - cooked breakfast and dinners every night. Great communication with the host. 」

「This place is everything you see in the photos and more! We hosted Thanksgiving and it had everything we needed. All rooms are comfortable and well-kept. Pretty sure we'll be back! Jordan was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.This property far exceeds the 5 stars!」
