"Everyone was so friendly from the beginning to end! Such a beautiful room! It felt like a mini apartment my family of 6 fit perfectly! The kids loved the bunk beds! The Disney touch is also amazing! The Disney park is only 15 minute walk and there is also a bus that picks you up at the front of the hotel and drops you right in front of the park! I will be returning to stay here for our next Disney trip! "

Only downside was the scaffolding outside our window and some work occurring in the mornings, which we did not know about. Good thing we were getting up and leaving for the parks. Easy 15 min walk to Disneyland entrance."

My daughter uses a wheelchair, and she wanted to show her the Disney lights, which are a great attraction. The photos on the website don’t show the hotel as it really is. It looks old and neglected. The price is too high, and the customer service is bad."
