「Nice and clean! Very pretty. Accurate to photos. Would give a perfect 5 star expect for the extremely uncomfortable king bed. We had several issues that started with a bizarre check-in policy. 「Clean and very well located to everything. Carpet is stained and might consider a deep cleaning or replacement. Missing minor items like a spatula and can opener. Ice machine in fridge doesn't work but, overall I would stay here again and again. Close enough to the French Quarter to enjoy but, distant when your out.」

「We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room.」

We had plenty of room for the six of us, lots of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.The air conditioning didn't seem to be working, and the windows didn't open, so it was pretty warm.
