「When we arrived we found the room was full of dust ( above the closet , the dresser and even the blankets were dusty). The elevator was out of the service all the time. The WiFi doesn’t work. The only thing that was working was the AC. It’s near to the Roma Termini and 30 min walk to the center of Rome. There’s no reception so you have to WhatsApp the person in charge of this place. We had to request to clean the room after our second day and they even said the cleaned the room when they did not...

「This was very up and down. We ended up here because our original accommodation was canceled at the last minute and this was the only thing Expedia had available. We were on the top floor. We had to walk up all those stairs which we were not expecting but once we got to the room it looked good. No complaints…..until Tuesday night. We had just gotten In after midnight. 「Fantastic location and lovely apartment that made us feel like we awere really enjoying a Roman experience. Very helpful at providing detailed directions from airport on public transport. Provided lovely welcome food/Coffee/juice/milk/wine. Very quiet apartment but you step outside and are right in the midst of the bustling Trastevere area with numerous bars/restaurants within walking distance. Very centrally located for touring Vatican/Colleseum also. Hope we can return there some day.」
