Great place to spend a night,we had a room that had a view of Mont Blanc.Staff were exceptionally friendly and I felt they were genuine and they were pleased that we had booked their hotel,was very impressed with the lady that greeted us on arrival and she showed us our room,she made us feel very welcomed and made us feel that we were very important.

The room was clean, we travelled in adverse weather phoned a head to advise we were going to be late. The guy we spoke to on the phone was absolutely brilliant, he spoke very good english and when we arrived he was so accimadating

The washroom had a toilet with broken toilet seat and the hearer of the apartment was not working properly

It as tricky to find the parking the night staff and restaurant in the evening were amazing

The hotel itself was great - large, spacious rooms, including a full soaking tub and huge shower, very clean and comfortable room. We had a small balcony to enjoy the views. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only a 5 minute walk to the Bastille where we enjoyed riding the cable cars up the mountain for an amazing view. However, the immediate area outside the hotel and throughout the city, we did not feel safe - even in the daytime. Do you research on crime and the sections to avoid. We made the mistake of walking from the train station to the hotel, but took an uber on the way back because we did not want to venture out, It's a shame because this city has so much potential. Even in the local coffee shop, there are signs on the table inside to be aware of pickpockets.
