This is a very charming hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The Massena train stop was a short walk from the hotel, making it convenient to hop on the metro to get to Old Lyon in 10-15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. We would stay here again.

The staff was lovely and responsive. There were issues with room cleanliness when I arrived (personal items from a previous guest in the bedding). The elevator was under repair for the first couple of days of my trip.
The location is very central and the breakfast and refreshments available in the lobby were appreciated.
I enjoyed my stay much more once the room was cleaned properly and the elevator was functional.
Note: Soundproofing is minimal and noise from other guests and staff can be disruptive.
