「From start to finish the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Hosts were also amazing and were on top of everything, requests were handled with a quick response. Suite was well equipped, tastefully decorated and clean, balcony was a bonus. The neighborhood is just outside the tourist zone but very walkable to everything in Zona Romantica. Be kind to the stray cats and dogs, feed them if you can, they are part of the charm. 」

「This hotel was an amazing last minute find! So clean, the bed very comfortable and the room is very spacious with beautiful old and new decor. The shower is hot and good pressure. The church bell is frequent but I loved it, I found it to be a beautiful sound and a reminder of the time. I slept with earplugs and did not hear it once. 「We had a wonderful stay at Amapas Apartments. Location was fantastic, one block from the beaches and close to amazing restaurants and shops and easy to get to local busses. Staff were excellent, especially Jessica, her sweet pup, Laszlo, and the maintenance man. We will definitely plan to come back! 」

「The view was amazing! Everyone we met was so nice and accommodating. The pool and bar area were lovely and the meals we had at the restaurant were good! There are a lot of stairs so be ready for that but Ubers we’re always available. 」

「The Paramar offers guests the ability to make simple meals within there rooms by offering a full fridge, microwave and cooktop complete with cooking equipment and dishes. The rooms are a little dated but very comfortable with each room having a private balcony. The rooftop pool is heated and offers gorgeous sunsets and a happy hour. The area is walkable to the Malecon and the beach is directly across the street. The area features several small restaurants and feels very safe. 」

「The room overlooking the pool was strong smell of molds. The room was small and you have to carry up and down your heavy suitcase by yourself. I requested info on diving package, but front desk was totally unable to assist me. If you are up to diving, you had better stay at different places up north. 」

「Exactly what I wanted. Great location and that old world feel of PVR. We loved our king suite and views. Just be ready for stairs no elevator. The staff were great and helpful. Close to everything. Easy walking. Even our snorkle trip pick us up two blocks away. I also recommend Fluffy's for breakfast. For the price well worth it.」
