「When we arrived the man at the front desk Gave us a key to our room. When we got to the room he gave us another set of keys and change our room last minute. The room he ultimately gave us was dirty, the shower wasn’t clean and the shower head was so dirty the water barely came out. There were no clean towels, and the coffee cup (we only had one for a room of two people) was dirty. The hotel is beautiful but the staff wasn’t friendly, and didn’t take care of the cleanliness properly.」

「I requested my refund already idk why I didn't get my refund yet? That was a horrible experience, as soon as I got there the front desk call the Police on me saying that I have blood on n my back pack. Then the police when to my room to talk to me. Idk why they did this but this is unacceptable. This is not a professional behavior. The Police left saying don't worry everything is ok. Then immediately I left this hotel.
