"The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The only complaint I have is the temperature of the room. I'm menopausal and was unable to sleep due to being unable to lower the temperature in the room."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the room was big and held our family of five beautifully. I wish they were two queen beds instead of two double beds, but it worked. The pools were fun and the food was good."

And when we reported that, the answer was that they had been having probelms with hot water in the hiostoric rooms -- ours was a historic room, namely room 19.; They did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem and we ended up having to take ice cold showers. If they knew that there had been problems, why did they place us in that room? I also noticed that our room had access to an outdoor pagtio -- but there were no lounges to stretch out on -- just uncon fortable chair and a table."

"One Desk Clerk, sick as a dog, greeted us. We didn't want any contact. She shouldn't have been there. Room was cold, then too hot. Stinky. Picture shows a Suite (it's in the name). But instead a small, cramped room. TV guide didn't work. Barking, whining dog 2 doors down. Won't return under any circumstances."

Our week in Tucson was during a hot spell in March, with temperatures in the high 90s to over 100. This is our 3rd time staying here. We love it."
