Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Please Read!! Learn from my mistake

I booked this room because the photos looked decent. Boy was I wrong. I showed up and the lobby was about 40 degrees. Started the check in process and the card door things were broken. So none of the door locks worked, which also means you could just walk into any room, also that means if we left, anyone could walk into our room. It took 20 mins for them to find a room for us. We go in and they had not cleaned the bathroom, pee stains on toilet, no towels, burn holes in all the furniture. I went to the front desk to try and get towels and some disinfectant spray to clean the bathroom and all they would provide is toilet bowl cleaner….the final straw was seeing the sketchy people creeping around in the hallways going from room to room. Please spend the extra 20 and go literally anywhere else. They did allow us to cancel the stay and we dipped out after 45 mins. .
