"Perfect for our group of 10 people : convenient, clean, spacious and well equiped. The roof-top terrace is absolutely amazing. The only small disagreament was a reccurrent permanent noise (like a compressor or a pump starting each 10 seconds on the roof) that could be eared in all the rooms. I don't know if the noise is always there or if it is something that can be fixed, but it kept some of us from sleeping. All the rest was just perfect !"

"This is the perfect place for a family reunion. We had 22 guests over the course of the month. The Hacienda, built on an old Roman ruin, is well furnished and has an exceptional pool. Carmen and Jose are splendid hosts. They were helpful in every way. "A beatifully renovated house in the ideal location for exploring Sevilla. There were 5 friends and the house gave us a large room and bathroom each which was ideal. Spread over 4 floors the lift was welcome for luggage! We made great use of the large rooftop and the house and kitchen have everything you need. Very quiet at night too.. Would love to return"

"The unit was so great with two bathrooms and the rooftop was great! It is in a great location, convenient to walk to sights and a quick cab ride to train station. It is located above a restaurant and bar so it’s a bit noisy until midnight. If you do as the locals do, this is not a problem as dinners are eaten late so bedtime is late as well."

The host was Amazing. She made lots of great restaurant recommendations, and was quick to respond if we needed something."

"The house is in a quiet location, very comfortable with a good layout, and is also well equipped. The garden is interesting with lots of cacti and succulents, and the pool is just great. The nearby town offers great restaurants and good food shopping. Access to Seville is easy, with a short drive to park by one of the stations on the metro. The owner was very friendly and helpful with advice on all such aspects."

"The apartment met basic requirements but most beds were uncomfortable and 2 bedrooms were cramped for space. Bathrooms were a good size. The roof terrace lacked sufficient seating for 6 people, the glass table was very dirty, the parasol was torn and the flooring was littered with dead leaves. We anticipated spending many hours socialising on the roof so were disappointed. Owner was helpful in providing missing items as there was a shortage of wine glasses and mugs for 6 people but really we...
