The appartment had all the amenities we needed and it was close to a little shopping center with markets and food. Super close to old quebec by car so very good location! "The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic. But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. I live in Toronto so not a stranger to homelessness and don’t live in a bubble - but the degree of problem here is still quite the shock. If you identify as visible minority please consider other...
