This was a really great apartment well stocked. It was nice having a bathroom in each bedroom. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. It was a 20 min walk to Chateau Laurier. We parked in the recommended parking that was a two minute walk. $20 for 24 hrs

The place is nice but the area is quite underwhelming. No good parking near the lofts. We requested a crib but there wasn’t one left for us. We had to call and they eventually brought us one, but it was way past our baby’s bedtime. Also very hot in the bedroom

Sad. I try to always book les lofts when I go back to QC city. Had stayed at this property before street level no problem, however this time SF501 faces the plants around the port and the noise level in the bedroom was just way above what would be expected even though the room description says soundproofed. I always carry earplugs but since the noise is a low frequency vibration it hardly helped. Sleep quality was 2/10.

Wonderful unit, wonderful stay.

Such a great spot! Very spacious and clean with a good layout. We cooked a lot in the unit and it had all the cookware we needed. Great location and you can easily walk to lots of places including both a regular grocery and a gourmet one (delicious snacks and drinks!) and a wonderful chocolate shop! I would only change two things. One, to have a webpage with all of the important information about the unit that I could access in advance. (I got a series of emails, but none had all the info I needed). And two, the mattresses are quite hard which just isn't what I prefer. We would totally return to this unit, but will bring a mattress topper!

Excellent location for seeing everything beautiful in Quebec City. Walk to old QC is only 15 mins. Area is safe, grocery is close by, the city and people are fantastic. We ate at the Sales Grosses on St Joseph (exquisite food and wine) and Birra and Basta right under the room, yummy upscale pub. We had brunch at Chateau Frontenac - breathtaking building. Weather was awful our entire stay and it did not impact our fun. You can always warm up in the hot tub! Will definitely recommend and return.

Terrible experience! They gave me the wrong passcode for the key box! We can’t go into the room! Made me and my whole family waited at the door until 11:15pm(we waited from 10pm). My mom was too tired, she had to sit on the floor waiting for me to call the receptionist to get the correct code. The lady at reception was really rude as well! We had to call her 3 times to tell her the situation, and she hang up our first call for no reason! The room is right above the bar! And it was really noisy at night. My wife couldn’t even sleep until 3am! They need better windows to block the noises!

The room and building were clean and well equipped. However, the location has a downside — you need to climb a steep hill or stairs to reach the Old Quebec area. The Saint-Roch area, where the hotel is located, is not as beautiful or clean as Old Quebec.

Le décor est vraiment beau et l’endroit bien meublé, j’ai beaucoup aimé la décoration ! Par contre, le spa est complètement à la vue de tous… il est collé à la terrasse commune et visible depuis la fenêtre de la chambre du haut. En plus, le soir, il y a une grosse lumière qui éclaire directement l’endroit, donc pas trop d’intimité à ce niveau-là. Le lit était confortable, mais ma douillette avait une tache qui ressemblait à du sang, donc pas super agréable. Le soir, la musique des bars autour joue fort jusqu’à tard après minuit. Il y a aussi pas mal de sans-abris dans le secteur, certains parlent fort ou crient, ce qui rend l’ambiance un peu dérangeante à l’extérieur. Le stationnement est aussi un peu plus loin, et c’est là que plusieurs d’entre eux se rassemblent (en groupe). Sinon, la communication avec l’hôte a été excellente ! Très rapide et efficace. En gros, on a quand même été satisfaits de notre séjour et je recommande l’endroit, mais il faut savoir que l’extérieur peut être un peu bruyant et moins tranquille

The unit was clean and comfortable. HOWever the entrance door to the building is dangerous like a crocodile designed to keep the street people in the area from getting in. It slams shut at full pressure of 20 lbs. It caught my foot twisting my knee. Day1 of my 5 week vacation from Vancouver I am now on crutches. This door needs to be addressed. I have contacted Quebec City regarding this. I would not recommend this unit.

Location of the property was good, environment was not. This property was across from a soup kitchen and next to a loud bar. The washroom needed some hooks to hang your towel and a large full size mirror would be great. It had great living and dining area.
