Loved this place! Sparkling clean, friendly people, especially the lady at the newly opened breakfast place! Loved everything about the hotel, I would go back and highly recommend this place!! Parking was the only issue due to not getting the correct information how to access in the construction zone, took us about 40 min to figure out to go against the one way street!

The room is spacious, comfortable and well designed. The space and furnishings look brand new. The bathroom is quite large. Towels, drink wares, dishes were more than sufficient. Hotel staff are great on responding emails and phone. Our room faces the main street and the street lights can be glaring. The window curtains are sheer but the thick curtains that divide the beds shut out light completely. The street becomes very quiet after 6pm and can feel desolate. There are shops, restaurants and a large grocery store a couple of blocks away from the main street. Things we would have like to have: - a couple more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or a clothing rack. - an exhaust fan in the bathroom - a baking pan to warm up breads - basic condiments like salt, pepper and sugar. We enjoyed our visit. 😀

Emplacement idéal, très confortable et fonctionnel. Le seul problème a été le parking que je déconseille vivement. Il y a des travaux à proximité et on peut y accéder seulement par un chemin bien précis qui n'est pas évident à trouver si on ne connaît pas bien le coin.

Excellent room, spacious, clean and with a kitchen! Front desk hours are limited but they’re very responsive. It’s a bit far out from old town quebec but it’s okay since rideshares and taxis are pretty reasonable. There’s restaurants and a small supermarket nearby which makes using the kitchen in the room ideal. Virtual check in process.

We stayed in Quebec City for 6 nights. The suite at the Terminus Hotel was great for that many days. We could make meals if we chose, were in a good neighbourhood with great restaurants, and about 25 minute walk to the old town (uphill). Bus connections were great. The space was spacious, clean, and very pleasant. Staff communicated well and were helpful. Great to have laundry for a longer stay.

Vraiment beaucoup aimé mon séjour. La chambre (ou le loft) était impeccable. Beau décor, literie de qualité, insonorisé, et équipement complet. Le seul petit bémol pour moi est la location, un peu loin du centre-ville et du vieux Québec mais sinon je recommande!

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. L’endroit était idéalement situé dans le quartier Saint-Roch, près des restaurants et à quelques minutes du parc Victoria. L’appartement était très grand, propre et bien organisé. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner : vaisselle, ustensiles, réfrigérateur, casseroles, poêle, machine à café, grille-pain, bouilloire, four et lave-vaisselle. C’était parfait pour notre famille avec un bébé. Nous avions demandé une chaise haute et un lit pour bébé, et on nous a également fourni des couverts pour bébé, ce qui était très apprécié. L’accès à l’hôtel et à l’appartement était très facile grâce à notre code personnalisé. La seule petite anicroche concernait le stationnement. Nous avions réservé une place à l’avance, mais le jour même, on nous a informés que nous n’avions pas de réservation. Heureusement, une place était disponible et le personnel a rapidement réglé la situation. Le stationnement est sous l’immeuble et le plafond est assez bas (6 pi 2 po maximum). Nous avons réussi à y stationner notre petit VUS, avec un peu de temps et d’efforts. Le secteur est généralement sécuritaire. Il y a un centre de consommation supervisée à quelques coins de rue, mais il est suffisamment éloigné de l’hôtel et facilement évitable au besoin. Nous serons heureux de séjourner de nouveau au Terminus Hôtel lors de notre prochaine visite!

I didn't give 5 stars because the area can be a little intemidating if you're walking alone at night. I didn't see any homeless in Old Quebec but I did see many in this area. However, the hotel room, which is really a spacious studio, is gorgeous, just like the pictures: simple, modern, new and super clean. The kitchen is well equipped to prepared meals. The laundry facility is free! They fresh up the room once every four days. They also store your luggage if you need it before heading to the airport. And there's parking available too. Public transportation is very accessible. Otherwise, to Old Quebec is a quite steep walk, which we did as couple of times. There are many bakeries and restaurants walking distance as well. We truly enjoyed our stay here with the exception of not feeling comfortable to walk around after dark.

Very clean and well-appointed apartment...AC worked great. Spacious enough for our family of 4. WiFi info on the back of your door...worked great. Front desk attendant was helpful. Solid location: about a 25 min walk to Old Quebec, shorter on the way back since it's downhill) This is an excellent spot for groups/families with lots of space. Since it's a relatively self-check-in hotel, you'll receive a link with your door code and suite #. Well I never got the link, and day of I called, I reserved and paid for parking, and soon got the link. You do have to reserve the parking in advance, as it's limited. With the parking reservation, you'll receive directions to the lot, which is right behind the hotel. There wasn't an elevator (apparently I missed this on the website)...not a ton of stairs, but just enough to be a little annoying in the heat. I have since read that there's a service elevator that could assist with luggage. I wasn't aware of that while we were there. There isn't any furniture to store clothing. We were only there for 2 nights, so it wasn't a big deal. The parking garage has a height restriction (another nugget I missed on website 6'2") We have a Toyota Highlander that barely fit....and actually parking it was an adventure since it's so tight. Honestly I thought the $25/day was more than fair. There was construction going on in the hotel, as it is being renovated. This would only affect those that are spending the day in the room.

The property was excellent for the price. The parking was full but we were able to park in a different garage around the corner. The check-in was smooth and the stay was comfortable. The only thing that could have been better is the location. If you are expecting to see the area similar to old Quebec, this is not it, but you can walk to Old Quebec within 20-25 minutes.
