2/5 - Disappointing

Jun 28, 2019Too hot! Not recommended to travel during summer season. Plan on booking a hotel near Ocean Park; or hotel near Disneyland. Prepare to catch a metro. 90% of commute will be through MTR. Load your Octopus card with at least $100 for a 3 day stay.

Mar 9, 2019An old district used to be an area with lots of industrial buildings and government low income housings surrounded, which means you can find lots of cheap and local foods in this area. Don't expect any fantsy restaurants or stores can be found.
5/5 - Excellent

Jan 30, 2019Location is not central to HK attractions so do your homework before hand.

Nov 17, 2018It’s a little far from the city center or popular activities, unless your business is close the hotel area. It takes another 15 min or so of bus ride or mtr plus 10 more minutes of walking to get back from Kowloon or Hong Kong island.
5/5 - Excellent

Sep 11, 2018The area might not be as approachable to first-time visitors to Hong Kong, but if you know your way around it's an excellent place to stay. Plenty of smaller restaurants and shopping venues in the Kwai Fong that are representative of life in HK.
