The welcome I received changed all of that. They took me straight to my room and gave me tea and treated me like I was part of their family. I had the best meal of my time in Japan at this inn. The onsen was the perfect temperature and felt so good on my sore muscles. If you are maki my the journey to Koyasan this inn is a fantastic place to stop. The town is full of history and the staff were so kind to me even though I was dirty and sweaty and tired. I left feeling clean and refreshed!"
