HARUYA Naramachi - Hostel

HARUYA Naramachi - Hostel

10/10 Excellent
"This was my favourite place we stayed on our trip so far. It was so quiet and peaceful both in the hostel and the neighbourhood. It’s about a 20 minute walk to get to Nara Park and you’re likely to run into some deer on your way there as they tend to come right into town in addition to hanging in the park. There are laundry facilities and a smoking area in the back garden. Rice porridge is served each morning and there are free and paid beverages available. There was no staff on site due to the financial repercussions of the pandemic, but the autonomous luggage storage and check-in instructions were easy to follow. I will definitely be returning in the future!"

"Very convenient location. Right next to the train station. They give you breakfast included. The room had everything you could need and the window had proper black out blinds. Bare in mind, if you are a foreigner, they give you pijamas to go to the common baths, but in therr you got to stay naked and don't have any tatoos."
