"The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly overall and the front desk staff spoke English, which I by no means expect but certainly appreciate. The place was nice, clean and well maintained. It was convenient to many shops and restaurants and just z few minutes walk from Omiya station. The AC worked great! The bed was comfy. Would stay again in terms of the hotel. The area around it was certainly full of shops and restaurants but if one wished to be near the more mainstream and high end areas this is not quite like Shinjuku or Shibuya. But this was a but less hectic than those areas so that could be good!"
Toyoko Inn Keio Line Hashimoto Station Kita

"We stayed there for a week. The room was clean and breakfast buffet was pretty good. There were (3) sets of washes and dryers downstairs. We parked a car there as well. The staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely stay again. The location was convenient - very close to a train station, convenient stores and restaurants close by."

Beyond the room, the hotel’s amenities and wellness facilities are top-tier. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering high-quality selections that were consistently fresh and well-prepared. Every detail of the property reflects thoughtful design and genuine care for the guest experience. SORANO HOTEL delivers a seamless, high-caliber experience that I cannot recommend highly enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning."

"Lovely hotel, lobby, room and roof spa. Japanese breakfast buffet was sensational. But the TV isn’t good for non-Japanese speakers. The HDMI have been disabled, There are no English channels and there is no way to cast/airdrop your device to their tv. These days in a modern hotel, it should be a standard feature."

"Lovely staff and very nice breakfast - the hotel has its own entrance and lift on the ground floor ( next to a covered bus stop) plus it’s only a hop and a skip away from the train station. One small issue was the air con in my room (and air con next to the main lift on my floor) had black spots so they could do with a clean. The cleaning staff look so busy and were always running about i imagine it’s just lack of staff why they might be missed."
