"This hotel is stunning. It sits on a lovely pond by the lake, with exquisite grounds and a gorgeous courtyard whose water feature is impressive by day or night. The lobby is enormous and austere, the spa delightful and the pool beautiful as well, though I'd recommend finding hours when it's less busy. "This hotel is brand new - so new that they do not take credit cards and cannot keep track of records so be prepared for it to take time to check-in and especially to check-out. There is a shuttle and it was still doing runs to/from the airport even at 1AM but it is hard to find. Look for the small booth with the picture of the hotel on the side and wait. You can also take the regular free shuttle to town and it will drop you off on the sidewalk outside of the hotel which was faster. Breakfast...

They brought us fans but it was still stuffy and too hot to stay in. They wanted to keep half of our payment as we had already ‘used’ the room for 3 hours but we literally left our bags in the room and went out for a meal and came back to realise this problem.
