Perfect hotel!

We had the room with the bunk beds and the slide. It was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay at this hotel longer!

Overall this a good hotel and close to Kumamoto station. This hotel is a bit dated and uses keys for hotel rooms. Amenities were basic. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly.

We stayed on the 11th Floor and the room looks like newly renovated. Spacious and very clean. We could access the beverage section on the 4th Floor which provides coffee, tea, wine and cup noodles too😊. Will stay again when we visit Kumamoto next time!!

The two nights we spent at this hotel were the best thus far. The staff was attentive and spoke enough english to help us with anything. The hotel is right beside a mall. There a bunch of restaurants to choose from as well. The room itself was clean and we always had towels avaliable. The only part that was annoying was that drain for the shower was clogged.
