This stay was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were polite, and there was a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest bus station. The food was delicious and fresh, and the hot springs were very relaxing. The surrounding environment was peaceful, with beautiful scenery. It is truly a highly recommended hot spring hotel.

그냥저냥 친절했어요

쿠로카와에서 료칸 서로 다른 곳 1박씩 묵었는데 오쿠노유 나쁘진 않았어요 ㅎㅎ 근데 조금 더 저렴한 다른 숙소가 가성비는 더 좋았던 것 같아요. 방은 굉장히 넓고 욕탕도 상당히 다양해서 1박 하는 동안 정말 바빴습니다.

온천에 대한 낭만을 모두 이룬 곳

버스 도착시간에 맞춰서 픽업도 와주시고 가방도 옮겨주시고 다들 엄청 친절하셨어요! 석식, 조식 신청해서 갔었는데 일본 가정식을 경험할 수 있어서 좋았어요! 일본식이 취향에 맞지 않으신 분들은 마을 도착 전에 도시락 등을 준비해가시는게 좋을 것 같아요. 사워장에도 탕이 있고, 그 뒤에도 여성 전용탕이 있어서 어느시간에도 마음 편하게 사용할 수 있었고, 프라이빗탕도 너무 좋았어요! 혼탕인 곳은 여성전용시간에 사용했는데 3개의 탕 모두 분위기가 다르고 너무 좋았습니다. 혼탕시간이어도 새벽에는 사람이 없는 것 같았어요. 잘 묵고 떠났습니다. 배가 부르지 않다면 바깥쪾에 온센타마고도 도전해보세요

본관 트레디셔널 룸을 2박 연박했습니다. 탕이 많은듯 했으나, 실제로는 거의 같은 탕이라고 봐야될 듯 싶은데, 경관은 정말정말 뛰어납니다. 남성이 이용할 수 있는 노천탕이 거의 모든 시간이 혼욕탕으로 운영되는데, 그 부분에 대해서는 호불호가 있을 수 있을듯 싶습니다. 투숙객이 많았음에도 프라이빗탕을 쓰는데 있어 불편함을 못 느꼈습니다. 친절한 응대가 좋았고, 인원변동으로 인한 환불도 잘 처리해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.

很放鬆的溫泉飯店

服務、環境、溫泉都很棒，本館房間是日式榻榻米加一個小客廳。餐點沒有太大的亮點，而且服務人員一直收拾很有壓力，晚餐好像吃不到一小時就結束，如果能再慢一點會更好。 家庭湯屋、大眾池溫泉都很棒！

外国人観光客向け旅館の印象

食事の提供スタイルなどは、外国人観光客向け旅館という感じ。事実お客さんも海外の方が多く、スタッフの方も半分は日本人ではない。その方達は一所懸命に働かれており好感が持てるが、日本の旅館のサービスを期待することはできないかと。 温泉などは申し分なし。

閑静な佇まいで清潔感あふれ、食事も美味しくゆっくりできるお宿

閑静な佇まいで、落ち着いた雰囲気。川側の和洋室を選んだので、川のせせらぎを聞きながら、ゆったり過ごせました。 フロントも食事処の方もとても、明るく親切！お食事は、少しずつ盛られていたのが良かったし、一つ一つの味に丹精込めれていて、とても美味しく頂きました。朝食に、ジャージー牛乳やヨーグルト、コーヒーが付いていたのも嬉しかったし、お味噌汁も美味しかったです。 お掃除も行き届いていて、お風呂も色々あり120%満足です！ ただ残念だったのは、和風ベッドのマットレスが少し硬かったのと、露天風呂を楽しみに行ったのに、大浴場が混浴。女性専用は夜8時〜10時で、明るい時間に入れなかったことです。 またぜひ行きたいので、時間等改善されていることを期待します。 本当にお世話になりました。
