The location is not the most convenient, especially for getting to the main shopping and transport areas, but we appreciated that the hotel provideds a complimentary shuttle service, which was very helpful. "The hotel is managed with a 24-hr check in counter with housekeeping on standby, Daily room cleaning or towel change is not provided unless if you request for it. The breakfast provides a wide variety and the food was fresh and delicious. One downside is the elevator crowd during peak hours where we had to wait a long time for the elevator to arrive and a long time inside the elevator to reach our floor. The hotel tried to mitigate the situation by having a staff to operate the elevator but...

Truly 5* experience. We really like the room layout and the Mediterranean concept. The king-size bed is so comfortable, it has the best pillow we've ever sleep on. The bath tub is huge for Asian size, plus good quality toiletries. Aside to all basic amenities bathrobes, iron & iron board also provided. The balcony size is pretty cramped with 2 small chairs & a coffee table, but wont stop us from lazying around, sipping a cup of coffee/tea while enjoying the view (we opted for deluxe river view)...

The Nest House

Taman Melaka Raya

10/10 Excellent

We simply loved the Nest House! It was super clean, the staff were always very polite, and the owners were some of the nicest people we've ever met! We've travelled throughout Southeast Asia, and it's usually impossible to keep humidity out of rooms; hence the design of the bathrooms with the open windows is ingenious, because for once my room was cool and not subject to bathroom humidity. Would 100% stay here again!

The Moty Hotel is beautiful, especially inside and quite impressive. The staff deserve recognition for their “top-notch” performance, and always with a big smile! One individual, Tarani Nannadha, was absolutely wonderful and helped us out a lot so thank you! The room is spacious, as well as the bathroom. The lobby is stunning, and the pool is clean and refreshing. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of food to choose from and quite busy. If I go to Melaka again, I would not hesitate...

Baba House Melaka

Taman Kota Laksamana

10/10 Excellent

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, inside and out. The entryway and main areas are really cool, with flowing water, sculptural touches, and paintings. The rooms are large and well-appointed, very comfortable. Near the front of the hotel you can hear some traffic noise, but it was not overwhelming. The rooftop bar was not operating when we were there, but the loungers in the small pools were a great place to relax at the end of the day. The breakfast was really busy for some of...
