I booked a deluxe standard room which was 25 sq metres bit was given a small room about 15 sq metres. It was so small that there was no room for a chair or desk or even a bedside table . Staff were friendly but not helpful. You can hear people walking in the rooms above you and no block out blinds and light was coming through the window from the hallway. Air conditioner was not effective at all and struggled to cool the room. Bed was quite comfortable and location was close to Jonker St. would not stay at this hotel again.

Lovely place to stay, we really enjoyed our one night stay there. The projector screen TV was a plus and the front desk staff Marcus Abraham Thomas was great . Wish that the hotel free parking could be nearer but it’s not too bad in the end. Please make use of the free points for the use the VR facilities, enjoyed ourselves.

Location is great with private parking. However if you book the rooms below the family room, the noise is unbearable. The floors are very thin so every footstep is audible. My stay was ruined by children jumping above and the staff was hopeless is helping with the situation. Do not recommend.

I was given a room that was much smaller than a 25 sqm that i booked. After a long argument i seek help from hotèl.com. they finally provide another room. Room 002 was the small room may be only 150 sqft don't accept that room

Poor functionality

The Hotel is in a conservation area. It has been refurbished tastefully. Still exposing some of the buildings traditional features. The problems though. 1) projection unit instead of TV 2) we stay on GF. Above was a family room that had a childrens slide. All through the day and most of the night banging from children on the slide. We kept calling reception to resolve the issue upto 1am. Nothing was done. My lady went to reception and was told to call the other room directly. This we did the other guest told us we should move. This was my birthday celebration and this was not a good experience for a 67 year old

室内遊具と広い室内に惹かれて予約しました。 おしゃれで清潔な室内に、子供が楽しめる室内遊具で、期待以上の宿泊体験が得られました。 ロビーの造りや、共有部のデザインも可愛らしく気分があがります。 ノベルティでいただいたトートバッグは、そのままでもシンプルでかわいく、別料金でアイロンプリントもできるようです。（版権的にどうかは置いておいて） マラッカの主要な観光スポットへ徒歩圏内で行ける立地ですので、日中暑くともときどき休憩に戻れたのが助かりました。 小さなお子さん連れのご家族に最適なホテルです。
