I stayed here at the beginning and end of a 6 day trek in the Simien Mountains. The hot shower was so nice upon my return! Also, good WIFI compared to many other places I've stayed in Ethiopia

The hotel oversees the city and is 30 minutes away from the main attractions. The room was very clean and staff is very friendly. I wish they can supply the bathrooms with shampoos in the future.

Low key town in a beautiful hilltop setting. Easily walkable to main tourist attractions from town center, which have excellent guides (mandatory for castle complex). Limited but very good restaurant and cafe options.
