I'm a regular guest at the hotel, 6th floor was really quiet and peaceful the week of my stay. Dining and shopping is right downstairs, easy access to LRT and bus. Staff is friendly and housekeepers are really polite and helpful. Perfect for a short stay cation with affordable room rates.

Very convenient and affordable hotel next to Masjid Jamek LRT station. Quiet rooms with good showers and excellent huge plush bed. My first choice for any KL staycation.

This is the epitome of a GOOD, inexpensive hotel. The rooms are small, but clean. The beds are firm. Linens clean. Shower LARGE with lots of hot water!!! It's also across the street from a train station! Awesome find!!

Fantastic hotel that provides a lot more than its budget price. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in good condition and all the rooms and common areas are very clean. I found the bed comfortable and had a good sleep on both nights. The shower was powerful. The room had useful extras like a kettle, snacks, safety box, large wardrobe, fast WIFI and satellite TV. It is close to the main attractions of central KL on foot and the LRT station is right next to the hotel so you reach anywhere in KL quickly. I would recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel ist für wenige Übernachtungen sicher OK. Das Personal war freundlich, die Lage ist gut und es gab gratis Wasser im Zimmer. Allerdings sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen (schmutzige Wände, Zigaretten-Geruch, laute Klimaanlage).

The room wasn’t as clean as desired. The bed also cracked like it was going to fall apart. The shower was nice and hot though. The area is very convenient but noisy.

Disappointed as picture is very misleading. The 1st room i was taken smell of cigar smoke i barely step in. Came down and ask for change of room. They did but before i went to the next room they send the hs keeper boy to spray the room with perfume. Which eventually dry off and smoke of cigar was back on the 2nd room also. Room felt stuffy and i barely could breath. Tried to open window to sleep unfortunately my window faced a building and anyone could see me through. Booked for 2 nights but i left the next morning around 8am as i could not stand longer in the room. Floor was dusty and gave some weird tickle on the feet. Never going back to this hotel.

A sincere Lotus hotel review

It is a very well located hotel, near landmarks and across from the metro station. It has no restaurant on premises but many very nearby. No toiletries and, although there’s hot water in the shower, not so in the sink. Staff very friendly and helpful.
