The location was very good, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to Petronas Towers, just a short walk away. Hop on hop off bus was just around the corner, stop number 8, well worth a 2 day pass.

Pro: Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Stadt und man kann zu Fuss bereits viele attraktionen erreichen. Des weiteren war das Personal sehr freundlich und hatte für meine Probleme stets eine Lösung zur Hand. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichlich und abwechslungsreich, so dass es für jeden etwas dabei hatte. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat auf jedenfall gestummen. Con: Man sieht dem Hotel wirklich an, dass es bereits etwas älter ist und es gab diverse Gebrauchsspuren sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Rest des Hotels. Das meiste ist nicht so schlimm, aber gerade im Bad sah es teilweise nicht so schön aus und das Wasser floss nicht richtig ab. Des weiteren ist auch die A/C etwas veraltet da man nur zwischen leise und ineffizient sowie Sturmböhe und eiskalt auswählen konnte. Da die Isolazion nicht wirklich gut war wurde das Zimmer auch in kürzester Zeit wieder sehr warm, wenn man die A/C oderen Ventilator abgeschalten hat. Beim buffet war es etwas schade, dass die vielen warmen Speisen höchstens lauwarm wenn nicht sogar kalt waren, wenn man nicht direkt zu Öffnungszeiten kam.

This hotel was near all the spots that we wanted to visit so it was very convenient. The lobby may be difficult to find at first from the streets because the lobby is actually located behind the restaurant. Everything was clean and neat. Our Studio Deluxe was very spacious and had all the amenities that we wanted. Enough outlets to use. Big bathroom. Staff was friendly. The only thing I wasn't pleased about is that one of the staff told me the wrong terminal for my flight so it caused inconvenience to go to the correct terminal.

Awesome view of KL Tower & location.

Arrived in KL early in the morning and a friendly staff let us check in around 10:00 a.m. That was an unexpected nice surprise after a long red-eye flight. Location was within a walking distance to KL & Petronas towers and Bintang area where major shopping malls are. Swimming pool was a plus which was never crowded.

The property is quite dated but the rooms are large and well appointed. The kitchen is functional and all the required utensils are provided. It is clean and well maintained however during this particular stay there was a lot of maintenance being carried out on the elevators which was inconvenient with 1/3 of the lifts down at any given time.

First time patronising this hotel and i couldnt get enough of it. Great location to KLCC and Pavilion. Loads of eateries nearby especially during the day. Centralised from any attraction places too. Love the room with kitchenette and well furnished cooking utensils and cutleries. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel for my next trip to KL!

I have stayed here a few times, it is centrally located with spacious rooms offering a good selection at breakfast. Possibly the only slight negative might be best to breakfast early as they often run out of popular lines such as yoghurt (2 days out of 4), fresh fruit (1 day out of 4), oatmeal, which tended to be too sweet, (3 days out of 4) and croissants (2 days out of 4) ....... OK - You did prompt me to leave an additional comment ........ all in all other items were readily available such as juices, eggs, cookies & fresh ground coffee ......... Service staff very friendly and efficient ............

The room is tidy. Front desk and resturant staffs are good. Just the swimming pool is not quite clean, there are some floating stuff...not sure what it is. Maybe so happen just someone just made it.

A great 'go-to' well-situated property in downtown KL...expansive, ultra-clean rooms/suites; becoming a bit dated, but not at all worn down. Great buffet breakfast. Attitude of the registration staff needs a bit of work (repeated experiences)...but everyone else is great.

Great place right in the heart of KL

Most is fine but floor and some furniture need redo. There is no kitchen towel and bathroom towels smell unclean. Staff a lot of noise when meeting together while cleaning rooms ...... IMPORTANT: Internet is a catastrophy and unacceptable and would be a reason to move elsewhere. Tea selection in room and breakfast is not the best...... not for tea lovers, anyway. Staff is very friendly and Mr. Sadu is a particularly attentive and pleasant waiter during breakfast, our waiter of this stay! Pls ask your breakfast staff to watch out for noisy chinese guests who steel your eggs by the dozen into their bags before adding kilos of fruit and then emptying the drinking water container by refilling the entire family thermo bottles.... disgusting! maybe create designated areas?
