"We arrived to the hotel at 6am and the manager Akhil let us have a beautiful room until ours was ready. So we were able to rest so very comfortably. The room we booked was so clean and organized, and the location is so perfect, right on the beach. The breakfast was also great! "Have stayed here before and really enjoyed it, has to be one of the better hotels in Kovalam beach. We are actually staying here in a March and accidentally booked the wrong date, but the hotel let us change the booking free of charge even though we had a non refundable/changeable reservation. This shows what kind of a great hotel and staff this is. Definitely I recommend this hotel."

Swimming pool in need of renovation Room not cleaned in 4 days No toilet paper Generally dirty and grubby The fridge we requested on arrival was delivered a day later, but they turned it of every day We were booked in for 15 nights but left after 4. Even this was a saga, does not take credit cards. On a positive note, breakfast was good . For your health and sanity avoid this hotel…"

"It is a place full of character. Delightful staff (limited English with some did not take away from their kindness and personal care). The building is all traditional Kerala, lots of dark wood, and a very amusing lift playing Tamil music. My balcony faced the fires of coconut palms, with birds occasionally calling out, but the dominant sound was the breakers as the beach is 20 metres down the lane.
