「Good one to go and spend」

「Great staff and property」

「Lovely spacious suite with sea views, nice relaxing plunge pool in well kept gardens. Staff polite and cleaners were excellent. Breakfast is very limited and the same every day so ideal for a couple of nights, more variety over the course of our 10 days would have been nice. The hotel is peaceful and quiet but probably more idea for short stays rather than long stay guests.」

「Good rooms excellent view but reception not very flexible about payment though they have my card details .」

「No hot water. Lots of mould in the room. Not clean what so ever. Will never be back. Staff did what they could but ….」

「Do be better staff dealing more friendly, I got a average staff dealing, not comfortable」

「We had a fantastic 4 days at this resort. Everything was spectacular. From taking the little boat to dinner, to the gorgeous view from our room and balcony, to the people who were so kind and helpful to us, I can't say enough. I think the best part is that you are out of the hustle of the main beach area and in a serene and quiet backwater area. It's just a short ride to the beach shops and restaurants though. Also, be sure to take advantage of the Ayurvedic treatments and massage. It's like...

「Good」

「View is good with greenery and sea . Approach to property is tough. Washrooms could be better. Breakfast was pathetic…given the money you pay. Staffs are too busy and the food is ok ok.」

「If you want the sound of breaking waves 200 metres away, a spacious room, a big balcony (this time with a view of the bay and beach); a two minute walk to the sand and the sea and the lovely Kovalam beach; coconut trees all around and lots of local people enjoying the happy life, this is for you. It’s a very Kerala hotel, dark wood, space and carved wood. Friendly staff. It coups do with a bit of modernisation, but what you need will work. It’s very personal. I hade been there a year before...
